This questionnaire is part of my graduation thesis where I research the sustainable consumer behavior of fashion returns. Consumers are becoming more aware of their consumption patterns and are more willing to pursue environmentally conscious behavior. Returning online fashion items is an element of this topic.
Your response is important for me to understand the preferences and behaviors of people regarding online fashion returns. Have you ever returned fashion items that you bought online?
